Street Closure: SE High School Drive will be closed starting June 11 to August 17, 2026. It is closed from SE Spy Glass Ridge Dr. to SE 48th Pl. The closure is due to the Nelscott Pressure Gravity Main project. Click here for more information.

Street Closure: SE 48th Place is closed between High School Drive and SE Jetty Ave. To maintain access to the Bayview neighborhood, SE 48th Place between SE Jetty and SE 51st Street will be open to local and emergency vehicles only.

Please be aware that a building must be compliant with both the Zoning Code's use and the Building Code's occupancy classification before Planning & Community Development staff is able to approve a Business Occupation Tax Permit Application.
