Nelscott Forcemain- Phase 2, Additional Construction Funds – Should the City Council approve additional construction funds for the Nelscott Force Main Replacement – Phase 2 project for $150,000 to a new total approval amount of $3,028,522.60? - Approved

Lease Agreement with Business for Excellence in Youth – Should the City Council approve a new lease agreement with Business for Excellence in Youth dba Backpacks for Kids, and abate the rents from $800 a month to $0 a month? – Approved with amendments

Proposed 2027 City Charter – Referral to the Ballot – Should the City Council review and consider the proposed 2027 City Charter as recommended by the Charter Review Committee and direct staff to prepare the necessary resolution to refer the proposed charter to the voters? – Moved to the July 27 City Council meeting for the referral of the edited proposed charter to the voters.
