Public Comment to City Council

If you wish to submit a Public Comment to City Council, please send an email directly to publiccomment@lincolncity.org. That email address is utilized for public comment to the City Council.

Grievances

If you would like to submit a grievance involving the City of Lincoln City, it will be accepted through in-person delivery Monday through Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm (excluding holidays), by first-class mail, or by email. For mailing and email contact information, see below.
