Lincoln City’s City Council Chambers is undergoing an audio/video equipment upgrade for the months of November and December and will be closed. The City Council Meetings will take place remotely with the Council participating via Zoom.  However, the Courtroom on the third floor in City Hall will be open to the public to come observe the meeting in-person. Additionally, the November & December City Council Meetings will not be streamed live via Channel 4 but will be uploaded to the website and be available the next day for viewing.

Public comment can be made via Zoom. You may also make public comment in-person at the meeting being broadcast in the Courtroom. If you wish to remotely comment via Zoom, please contact the City Recorder at publiccomment@lincolncity.org to request a Zoom link prior to the scheduled meeting. You may also comment via email and your comment will be added to the record.
