Lincoln City is one of the largest cities on the Oregon Coast uniting seven commercial and neighborhood districts along Highway 101. The City and Urban Renewal Agency’s economic development focus is on investments that support the business community. These investments include workforce/affordable housing, infrastructure and utility enhancements, public parking facilities, transit and EV charging stations, placemaking, public art, and safety investments.
The City and Urban Renewal Agency also have a variety of programs to provide funding to leverage private investment, including brownfield grants, façade improvement loans, energy efficiency loans, business expansion loans, and a local economic development program support grant for partnering organizations.
The City of Lincoln City also serves as a concierge for the business community, connecting businesses with a variety of local, state, and federal resources to assist with business development, expansion, relocation, exporting, financing, and more.
